Engagement
Work begins after you approve a written quote covering services, deliverable format, turnaround window and price.
Payment
Fees are agreed per engagement. Rush scheduling, travel and batch handling are quoted separately when they apply.
Cancellation
Let us know before the inspection window opens. Costs already incurred, such as travel arranged for a scheduled visit, may still apply.
Corrections
If a report contains a factual error, tell us and we will correct and reissue it at no cost.
